Q: Are you a franchise?
 
A: No, we are family-owned and have been since 1992! This is good news for our customers, because we can offer the best possible rates a maid service can provide, because we are not paying franchise fees that would otherwise require us to charge more as a starting base-price. Ever wonder why those franchise companies are giving out $100 off coupons? That is usually 9/10ths of what it will cost you to have them just walk in.
 
Q: Are you Insured and bonded?
 
A: Yes, the company is insured and bonded.
 
Q: Do I have to leave my home while the maid service is cleaning?
 
A: Not at all! Most cleaning services prefer that the costomer not be present while they work. We, on the other hand, don't mind the company.
 
Q. How do I know if there is an office in my area?
 
 
A. Currently, there is only one office conveniently located on the border of Dutchess and Putnam Counties, New York. This office services Dutchess, Putnam, Northern Westchester, Upper Westchester, and parts of Fairfield Counties (CT).
 
Q. Can I just get a ballpark figure of how much it will cost to clean my home?
 
 
A. The office may be able to give you a very wide range that takes into account all the possibilities of cleaning your home. However, the office can't tell you where the price for cleaning will fall in that range sight unseen. Because every home is unique, we base our pricing on factors like clutter, pets and even your lifestyle, which affect the way we clean, and also impact the price. That's why we like to meet you at your home before giving you a price.
 
Q. What are your rates?
 
 
A. Our pricing is completely individualized, yet very competetive. Our more than 15 years of experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter and even your lifestyle. That is why we like to meet with you before quoting you a price. And because we are not a franchise, our rates are guaranteed to be lower than those other high-priced maid services out there. If you would like a ball-park estimate, however, please contact the local office for more information.
 
 
Q: I own a local business, and would prefer that the cleaning service come after all employees have gone home, is this possible?
 
A: yes, in fact, this is what most businesses prefer, and in this situation, so do we. We don't mind the company or presence of others, but the truth is, we may distract, and even interfere with your own employees production while performing the cleaning service.
 
Q: Are the maids supervised?
 
A: YES! Your Cleaning Professional may arrive on her own or with a team, but a Supervisor is either present during operations or stops by and checks on the progress. For commercial accounts, a supervisor is ALWAYS present while work is being performed.
 
Q: I have dogs, if I let them run freely throughout the home, will this interfere with the cleaning work?
 
A: Although we love all four-legged friends, we would prefer that animals (not just dogs) be kept in a seperate area which you do not plan to have cleaned. This is for everyone's benefit, even for the animal, as most pets become frightened with the loud noise of a vacuum cleaner, and our goal is to make sure EVERYONE is happy, even them!
 
Q: Do you perform background checks on your employees?
 
A: WITHOUT A DOUBT! The safety of our customers is at the forefront of our priorities. We commission a P.I. Agency to conduct a thorough background check on each applicant, including, but not limited to, consumer reports as well as credit reports and public records. You can also be sure that we check each and every reference we are given.
